da awakenings/ stuck on mountain in black marsh

ok so i killed the barren and then the queen of the black marsh. and when i went to go down the dam mountain i am stuck the barrier is still up what gives. did i miss something. restarted from last save but it was the auto save right after i killed the queen. really don't want to have to start all over again. any help? and whats with the EA servers

You're playing this on the XBlox360 - must be a console bug. We don't get this problem on the PC.
