alright so if flemeth is with Hawke, and your warden killed flemeth in DA:O doesnt that mean shes gonna dissapear halfway through the game?

Flemeth can't be killed.

The body we see in Lothering in those screenshots is already a new body--it appears she shapeshifted into something new.
She may indeed get a new body halfway through the game.

Many reasons why she could still be there:
1- We may just see her while we are leaving Lothering. By then she would still be alive (no way you can kill her before lothering is destroyed, since you need to do the Circle quest before killing her is even allowed).
2- Later on, she can claim a new body.
3- One of the reasons she looks different now could simply be that she is a shapechanger, after all.
