The picture shows the dwarf as having ashen skin, yes. Dwarves in the game do not necessarily have that. You're looking at early concept art, there.

I think the Qunari design looks pretty sweet and I think they nailed the look to make them different from the other races. Awesome stuff, Bioware!

well my eyes are nearly as bad that not even an operation would help, I sincerly had no clue what the hue was and my monitor acts also weirdly lately, my question was not intended to mock anything

Very very beautiful work!

I was a little shocked to see a qunari female, and I have to say that they are drawn excellent. 

They look a bit similar to a certain race from an MMO, but way better

It elaborates what Matt was talking about with regards to the races, nothing more. They've undergone tweaking since then, though I guess you could use it as a barometer of the changes if you like.
