Of course, that could be because I hate spiders.

And because spiders in video games are an embodiment of evil no matter what game we're talking about.  Blade spiders, the spider fight in the Deep Roads, D&D Spider swarms...spiders are just bad news in games.

Well, I read your pre-modified post, so we'll blame it on the beard.  I'm okay with that, but only because your face tattoo is cool.   Soooooo, -3 Stamina?Posted Image

Okay, I had to snip him in order to write this post, but if I scroll down just enough to see his face and no hairy, creepy-crawly legs, I'm good.  So props to you for finding a spider that didn't make me completely squeal in horror like a little girl.

I want to stab it in its goddamn eyeballs, the hairy ugly little beast.

I hope it dies by slow suffocation.

For existing, you disgusting spider you.

I think he's been photoshopped a bit, on his face. Usually there's a couple smaller eyes beside the two big ones and the smile is shopped on. But jumping spiders are really cute. I love his little wild hair tufts. Aww. Awwww. <3

Saibh you are a terrible person. Terrible!

...funnily enough, despite despising and eradicating spiders in video games, I don't mind them IRL.  There are wolf spiders that occasionally get into my room, and I just dump them back outside.  They keep the more obnoxious pests at bay.

Praying mantis' are my ultimate most feared insect. God, those disgusting, disgusting monstrous freakish unholy creatures. They attack you with their vacant eyes of Satan, hissing and coming at you with goddamn blades, flying through the air as they chase you around and around and around your kindergarten playground, laughing in their demonic little bug way. Horrible, loathesome abberations of nature.

I hate them. So. Much.

Seriously? I love mantids. They're so interesting. Actually if there were something particularly scary about them it's that their eyes don't really seem vacant at all. They look more intelligent than other bugs. I have no idea if they actually are, but when I took a class on bugs and we had to learn to collect and pin them, the mantis was the only one I felt bad putting in the freezer. It was looking right at me, I swear.

I love bugs. So fascinating!

I forgive you, because you killed one. Don't let this freakish pity happen again. >[

I mean vacant because they are soulless scourges of demon lords. Nasty, horrid, monstrous little vermin. Die die die!

If the creepy-crawlies are no larger than my palm, that means they're squishable (Shale would be so proud of me) and won't make too large of a mess on my shoe, or in some cases, my wall.  But any spider larger than that, I just can't do it.  Even the giant spiders on that Harry Potter movie weirded me out, but for some reason, 8 Legged Freaks didn't - well not that much anyway.  Hmph, go figure.
So if graphics in DA2 aren't up to snuff and they have giant spiders once more, there will be no complaints from me.  Plus, I will be able to suppress my fear while hurling fireballs and swinging large swords at them!Posted Image

They aren't that bad. Saw one in my garden a little while ago. Held out my hand to it, and it grabbed my finger like it was trying to find out what it was. Was kinda cute imo.

Lol. Yes, it died....for SCIENCE.

I purposefully let house centipedes go around unbothered by me though. They're like my tiny army of exterminators. I never see other bugs in the house...they do good work.

Speaking of insects, I have an intense fear of giant moths.
