Looks really great.
My only concern is that the figures are all...er...how shall i put this?...Scantily dressed?
What? You have a problem with that? in A game rated M?
The problem would be bioware sacrificing realisism for half naked women so that their 12 year old fanboys can have something to **** off to later in the night.
12 year olds shouldn't even be able to play M rated games, I myself wouldn't care if they would be naked tbh

It's not realism, it's just common sense. Nobody is going to fight in a battle with a bikini on. It's just common sense. Just as much as gamers should expect Ferelden to posses gravity.
Yeah well gamers would also kind of expect that somebody being stabbed 14 times in the face with a greatsword would be dead that's just common sense as well..but still they just jump back on their feets after combat.
I'm not arguing against you here I'm just making an observation.

You know when you make this kind of argument you will get the "It's a game with dragons and magic realism dosen't matter.." argument ..just you wait and see.

Dude, their scantily clad so the artist can get the proportions down. It's alot easier drawing the armor ontop of a drawn out figure rather than guessing where the elbow should be underneath a ton of plating.
Or maybe we should let you do the drawing?

Why yes I *do* play Draenei. They're my favorite WoW race in fact. Anyway I like what I see so far. I won't miss the dwarven ape-arms.

Dwarves are sexy as usual. I approve.
I prefer humans like before, as there is no Half-Elf.

Qunari human and elf I like. Dwarf is looking too much like WoW cartoon for my taste.

Let's just put this line of argument to rest. The purpose of the concept art is to demonstrate the base body, before you put clothes and armor and whatnot on it. Nobody is running around like they are in the concept art, and our men do own shirts.
And while I am glad you are discussing the art, is anyone actually listening to the podcast that explains it? Context, ya know. These thing work together

seriously, why do you even bother drawing clothes? as a guy who was an art student for years I know that drawing the naked body would depict the racial differences in anatomy way better to begin with, well atleast they are not wearing robes and most of the body can still be seen

Your gameplay videos with Hawke beg to differ. I believe he is wearing the same uniform as the human in the concept art.

Where does the dwarf female's internal organs go? She goes from boob to thighs with no space in-between.
