I have been buying every DLC I can find for Mass Effect 2 and I am currently missing the Aegis Pack and Firepower Pack.

Everytime I go to purchase them the site asks me for a password. I put in my password that I use to login to this site and it says its invalid.

Please helps

Same problem for me too.
I also can't add Bioware points to my account either.
It just asks me to confirm my password before proceeding to the checkout and sends me back to the home page both times.

I think you'll have better chances of getting help or finding a solution at the Points.bioware.com Site Help forum.



BioWare Online Store has nothing to do with DLCs or BW Points.

Same problem here with the "firepower pack DLC". I got off the phone with some guy over at EA, and had the terrbile feeling they had no idea anything was or is going on
