BioWare get enough fellatio at the hands of the gaming press; I'd like to think that I serve as a force of good, capable of colourfully pointing out flaws in what most assume to be an impeccably polished facade.Mercuron wrote...

I hope she is perfectly sculpted sex

Bonus points if an illusion of "depth" can be maintained by giving her
an archetypal personality and drowning the sex scenes in obtuse,
rambling dialogue trees.
What style female you want for male warden romance?

Force of good? Well OK, but you know... if it's really just that you were dating a girl and then she dumped your **** for a guy at Bioware, that's a perfectly understandable reason to give them hate in a thread of this kind.searanox wrote...

Wait, I just realized something: should there be a female qunari love interest, doesn't that mean she'd likely be including the accessaries Sten alluded to? Such as armor and a hot prodding iron?
Ouch. Although some people might be into that... I don't know.
One of the game makers said Sten was just messingwith morrigan so yeah.

Hate? It was a simple observation/deconstruction of the nature of romances in BioWare's games. They all follow a very strict formula and it'd be nice to see a game that either doesn't have romances, or subverts our usual expectations around them, rather than just giving players what they want.Mercuron wrote...

@searanox: I can understand that. It would be nice not to have a game that doesn't have romance but more than likely there will always be romances.
I don't see the point of removing romances from the game, it would do nothing more than ****** off the people who want them. The people who don't want romances simply pick different dialogue choices.

This is the one I'm going to end up remembering for the next eight months. And then seeing a female qunari in the game is gonna remind me of it.
Not sure how I feel about this...

Yea Handlebars was one of my first thoughts. >__> Certainly that says nothing about my frame of mind or character. No sir ree.
OT: Hmm Well I would want someone who would be kind and compasionted to my character, but aslo wouldn't break down or be weak just because my character isn't at their side all the time. Sort of a girl with a compasionate and romantic side, but still be able to be indipendent too. More than anything though I would like to see some depth. Make her more than simply a romance. Make her her own character, not just some slab of meat there ment to be a romance.

I think I'd also like to see someone who decided to tag along for fun and actually did not have a good reason for being there. They just see you and decide they want to follow along on their own, not because their mother or a dream told them too.
It'd be a nice change of pace to have someone who actually made the main character want to chase after because the character was interesting rather then another damsel in distress type.
