Elven genes adapt with humans, a human and elf child would create a human child due to the elf genes adapting. It's one of the many reasons why Dalish stay away from humans, if elves involved too much with humans then they'd die out due to all their children being humans (although still insulted by other people).

We can only live 30 or less years, we befall some tragedy that forces us to take the life that gives us such a short lifespan, and we're forced to exist in a world where everybody wears the same armor/clothes, has the same haircuts, and lives in a country of bland 'browness'.

@Mr.Cousland: Wasn't the Morrigan romance like that? Because at the end, no matter what, she was leaving you and more than likely you would never see her again? I mean you know Morrigan romance is pretty much the same in concept as compared to my Warden near her calling idea. And the player doesn't have to know about it until the end.

@Dave: I was talking about the wardens taint. Basiclley I was referring to us the players, not the whole of Thedas.

@Geth: You're right about the Morrigan one, but it isnt exactly tragic as it is just sort of sad. Plus its supposed to be looked as your Warden does alot after the main game and Awakening, plus Morrigans going to be seen again. Maybe not with our Warden but idk.

I'm not shooting down your idea or flaming. I'm just a sucker for a happy ending.

Yeah, was just curious because chances are Hawke won't be a Grey Warden due to the Blight storyline being over and the Grey Warden story seemed to have been dealt with and we're getting a new perspective in the world.

A little dramas good. I like to see my char get hit with some hard stuff that takes him from a snooty irresponsible Noble boy who enjoys 'greasing the bronto' to a hero who pwns all. (referring to my main Human noble playthrough)



However, I like to see all his heartbreak pay off in the end. And he gets happiness (Becoming a king and getting Anora? HIGH-FIVE!!)



Unless I'm opting the tragic hero playthrough. But thats a different story.

I tend to enjoy depressing endings more than happy endings, I still find the Nobody Left Behind ending in Mass Effect 2 to be anti climatic and boring. The Screw Everything Up ending is far superior and invokes a lot more emotion while being epic.

Personally i'd love a Qunari or Dwarf romance option. I feel the more unlikely or perhaps harder to achieve romances are more rewarding, thats why I picked Tali as my romance option in ME2 (yes I know its easy to romance her but it is somewhat more unlikely for a quarian/human relationship then a human/human).
