Actually I just saw the mod note in the other thread that said they didn't want the images taken out of the blog. Whoops, sorry!

Editing first post. I do think the title of the podcast thread needs to be changed, though.

Hm the Qunari remind me of Draenei of World of Warcraft looking like that.

So that's what female qunari look like.

Not liking that dwarf concept art...

What don't you like about it? I think they look pretty unchanged aside from the arms.

I dunno, they were already kind of wide before, seems like they've been made a little wider. And the guy has a bit of a gut. Even if it is in that muscular, "I'm a biker and I crack beer bottles on my head, don't mess with me" kind of way.

I reeeeeallly, REALLY want to play as a female Qunari/Tal'Vashoth now. Bioware, please make it so in a future game!

(yes I do have several Draenei and I'm not ashamed.)

Yeah, same here.  I think every race looks better after the redesign: cleaner, more distinct.  I especially like the subtle differences to the elves and dwarves, and I love the lack of orangutan arms for the dwarves :D

Spacegoat love. <3

Yes I think it's a definite improvement on all races.

I'm liking the differences, although I'm worried that the elves will once again look too-human (ingame models, not the concept art).

Hmmm, I don't know. I do love me some tails and hooves. It's hard to say.

Yeah I like them both, really. Good thing we don't really need to choose between them :D

I have a feeling the thread is on the edge of becoming a discussion about preferred furries o.O

I actually really like the height of the elves in this piece. I never had a problem with it in Origins, but the way they appear to be more or less "on par" with the humans (in terms of height and not necessarily "bulk") in this piece is pleasing to me.

I think that when I look at the elves of this concept art I can sort of see an uncanny resemblance to humans--and that creeps me out in a good way; contrary to some people, I never really thought the elves in Origins were just short, "inferior" clones of humans. Posted Image

Overall, I really like how each of the races look in this particular work and I wouldn't be displeased if their appearances in the game reflect how they look here.

Now I see it, the elves are going for the Avatar look with regular skin color.

I never thought that the elves' height made them look like inferior clones. I like how they gave the impression of having a more slender and delicate bone structure. The thing I didn't like about them was how generally unattractive they looked when they were supposed to have a superhuman beauty.

That's my favorite pet in the game. And if you play WoW they will tell you why these Draenei look different. Or you could google it.
