Does anyone from Bioware actually read this sub-Forum? It seems they don't :(

Okay, this is a really simple question and I hope I'm not treading on any toes by asking it. It's simple really.

Does ANYONE from Bioware actually come to this sub-Forum?

All I see here are people that are having tons of different issues with Dragon Age, whether it's an inability to connect to servers, save files being corrupted or DLC not redeeming properly, to name just a few. People list their problems fairly and accurately.

Yet it seems no one from Bioware ever seems to respond or, if they do, it's incredibly rare. I created a thread 8 days ago which, aside from a couple of helpful people, has been practically ignored. My own issue is incredibly frustrating because I desperately want to buy more DLC and buy Dragon Age Awakenings, but won't do so because the last Xbox DLC I redeemed has, for whatever reason, only become available to me if I have a PC or a Mac. I'm left high and dry.

So it's a simple question. Do Bioware ever respond to users queries here? I've even tried sending PM's that have gone ignored.


And who DO you actually go to when you are having problems? Do you try contacting EA or what?

I feel incredibly annoyed at the moment. Although I am new here, I have been a life-long Bioware fan and have committed myself to many of their excellent games. But it's very frustrating to not even get a reply to anything you try asking.

I would hope they take a grip by their balls again and address more bugs people have. I think we should at least get another patch before DA2.



They manage to get a DLC every month, but not some fixes. It's sad really.
