I find it pretty silly how an lot of fans were jumping to conclusions about how Bioware has abandon the Morrigan storyline or how they were never going to get an "closure" *some people were taking the whole situation a little to seriously and personal* when we were getting the first facts about DA2.



This whole series is kinda like the Final Fantasy games in the way that they all have the same title (in this case Dragon Age) but each game is an different tale within that world, but going back to the original point I think Morrigan and her "Mom" are going to be around for an long time and span many stories to come not just these ones with the Warden and God Baby.

That is a very good point... though Im not  so sure as to think there will be 10 more "Dragon Age" games on the horizon, though the span of years and size of the world (just Thedas) could definetily allow that.

Im as interested in seein' how Morrigans story continues or "ends" as the next fan; just dont see a happy ending round the corner (her and the Warden raisin' puppies in a Fereldian farmhouse till the age of sixty...   ).
It really doesnt fit her character. It would make more sense if theres a final showdown of sorts with dramatic end (whatever it may be, or painful to the fans may be).
 As long as its done well  and not in a cheesy way, I 'll approve...

I don't think the Dark Ritual covers saving your life from suicide.

You need to, it's a good expansion. I know you have the ring morrigan gave you..right?  Just think of it like this, she can track you with that ring, so I would say she didn't give it to you for no reason and it was not only to get you out of that jail in DAO, which all I did was beat up the guard next to the cell and stole the key, so you didn't need the ring for that.  I think she was a well made character. Had to really keep at it with her to get her to show you who she was on the inside.  So yea I hope to see her again one day and with my Warden.....alot of story still left there.  I think they have something cooked up there for a story but right now they are not going to say anything, they have to work on DA2 right now, but it sure as hell doesn't hurt to keep thier feet at the flames for who not to forget.

Yep. You guessed it, I romanced the Drow in BGII and ToB. I do remember I caused her alignment to shift for the better. If I recall in the epilogue she ended up assasinated by servants of Lolth. Can't remember if it was if I accepted immortality or removed the taint and stayed mortal; Morri was even better though.

Awakening doesn't read the flags regarding Morrigan's romance properly and so if you end up romancing Morrigan in Origins and end up getting the "sorrow and regret" epilogue in Origins, then that unchecks the Morrigan in love flag. So when you import that save into Awakening, you won't get the "searching for dark haired sorceress" epilogue. Long story short- Morrigan's epilogue is bugged in Awakening.

Terra_Ex's Morrigan dialogue mod fixes that among many other things
