I've been waiting 4 days for customer support with my issue. I've submitted a ticket with EA tech support, PM'd an EA forum moderator and also posted on this forum and thus far I havent heard a peep about what should be an easy to fix issue. I realize that there are literally thousands of complaints about this game for them to wade through but come on...4 days and not even a small explanation of why they cant fix this? I've read posts from people in other EA games that have had the same issue and the forum mods fixed it in a snap. My PSN ID is apparently taken by another email adress so I cant link it to my account. I dont see how this is possible because I only have one email address and my ID is not one that is very likely to be copied.
Holy Crap - 4 days waiting on customer support?

afraid you're out of luck here... gonna have to wait on EA for this one. But did you ever register your PSN ID with a different email address in past? Lots of people were having trouble with that problem after the last Fifa game came out as it's EA-account enabled just like this one
