Dragon Age Origins Player Profile (Achievements)

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I pre-ordered the collectors edition of Dragon Age: Origins and subsequently the expansion pack as well. I have purchased every single piece of downloadable content but I have 1 massively glaring issue which prevents me from even starting/and or playing the game. I started leveling a mage and made it somewhere around level 12-14 when something very strange happened causing my game to crash. When I loaded back in everything appeared fine with the exception of my achievements. I was awarded a TON of achievements that I never earned. I have 78 of 98 total achievements and at most i had like maybe somewhere between 5-10. When i delete the local file that contains the achievements the moment I connect to authorize my paid for content it redownloads the achievements and there appears to be absolutely no way around this. Due to my extreme OCD I absolutely cannot enjoy this game as a huge part of my enjoyment comes from legitimately earning achievements as I play through the game. I have recently submited a support ticket in hopes that they will be able to do something for me. I would even be happy with them allowing me to create an entirely new account as long as I am able to keep all of my downloaded content which I have paid for and the remaining 160 points I have as well.  My question is, has this happened to anyone else, or is there some sort of solution to this problem I am overlooking. It seems like it would be extremely easy to add a feature to reset achievements attached to your online account so as to basically be able to play the game fresh. I have been waiting for such a long time to play this game due to this issue and it would be ashame if I can't bring myself to play it because of this issue, I realize some of you probably think I am a complete moron and to get over it and just play the game, but thats not the type of person I am and I have no desire to ruin my enjoyment of this game, I will play through it when I can play it right with my own earned achievements.
