i am unable to download the 2 codes that come with the game they show up on my account on the web site and im able to use the mass affect part of it just not the DAO part of it

2 codes - meaning the Blood Dragon Armor and the Stone Prisoner? If you're looking for a link on the 'user entitlements' page, you won't find it. Most of the DLCs for DA:O (including those two) is downloaded and installed automatically when you log in the game to the account which has the codes redeemed. You can follow the progress in the Downloadable Content tab.
