I just put a pile of skill points into Wrex's melee abilities, but I can't seem to ever get him to engage in melee.  The only time he even thinks about doing it is if the other guy smacks him first.  And the enemy only attacks with melee if they're better at it than him, so this means that the only time that my guy actually tries to trade blows with an enemy, he loses.  I'd love to issue an order to him to beat down other enemies, ones which are too weak to grapple with him, but of course I can't do that.  Am I missing something?  Is there any way to force this?
