Hi, I've got a problem that I can't seem to find any solution for, and I'm hoping someone here can help.
I can't download any of the DLC for ME2. I bought the Collector's Edition new, and the Cerberus Network code in the box worked just fine. I can log into the network at the main menu, and the computer screen will pop up with the descriptions of various DLC packs and such. But for some reason, the "New Content Available" option never shows up, meaning it's impossible for me to download Zaeed and several of the other DLC packs.
At first I assumed that I had done something wrong during the Gamertag/EA account/BioWare account linking process, but my Gamertag shows up as linked for both accounts. I even sent an email to EA's help center asking what I should do, and they told me that not only did everything look fine on their end and that I should have access to all the DLC, but that they didn't know what my problem was, nor how to fix it. They did suggest that I clear my cache and see if that fixed anything, and I did so, but the problem persisted.
I've been scouring the internet for a way to solve this issue, and I've come up with nothing. Absolutely nothing. If I'm lucky, then this means that the solution is so simple that no one even needs to ask about it. But I doubt my luck is that good.
And so I've come here to ask for your aid. Help me, BioWare forumites. You're my only hope.
No option to download DLC

....you went into the extras menu and looked under downloadable content right?! it lists all dlc available. thats the easiest solution i can think of. otherwise ive got nothing! good luck with fixing.

Yeah, I've tried that. Whenever I select the Downloadable Content option, nothing happens, and the screen just stays on the Extras menu. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
