ME1 ended with M4 Part II by the Faunts, DAO finished with "This is War" by 30 seconds from Mars. Do you want DA2 to have a song specially written for it? Or do you just want the game music playing?

"M4 Part II" and "This is War" were absolutely awesome songs for awesome games by two awesome bands, actually 30 Seconds to Mars is one of my favorite bands, and I'd like them to make the credits song for DA2, if not then for sure I'd like "Within Temptation" to do it, Sharon Van Adel has the most vibrant voice and their songs fit the dark mood of the game.

I think it depends on how the game ends, I'd like to see what the music would be if Varric had made Hawke up.

30 seconds to mars was great and i propably would kinda like it if they did some kind of song again. if not, i would really appreciate if blind guardian or some band like it (even tough there arent many
) would do the song.

I'm on my 9th play through
I'll be sure to listen for it this time!
Anywho, I would imagine it would have it's own song (:

No rock music please.
It would be great if the game had a rousing, memorable main theme like Lord of the Rings. The end credits should slam in with the main theme, like RoboCop or ID4 - now that's how you end a movie!
Too many movies and games nowadays have utterly anomoyous, forgettable scores, ME2 inculded.

You can get the song to play on DA:O by just going to the main menu and clicking extras and then credits.

Kerli!
She did the opening for the Quantum of Solace game. www.youtube.com/watch
But it all depends on the end and the theme of the game. A song from a band or a singer could be really wonderful.

Oh, well... the first song (' I am the one", if I am not mistaken?) always makes me badly sad for finishing the game, so I do not listen to it for too long
Anyway... I don't think "This is war" fits the game. "M4 part II" was incredible, but this...? Rather bland and average.

It would be awesome if DA2 had a good theme and ended with it, like BG2. It brings a sense of completion and epicness with it while avoiding the pop rock rubbish which is really hit or miss (i.e. 50% hate it and 50% have no taste in music).

While I think This is War is a decent song it felt completely out of place in the DA:O credits.

M4 Part II was a fricking awesome end to ME1 (I swear if they don't end the series with that they're stupid).
This is War on the other hand was absolutely **** and destroys any sense of accomplishment I have upon completeing DA.
Please Bioware don't end DA2 with some **** whiny emo band.

I prefer Hip-Hop music, but 'This is War' was just awesome.
So if they would add a music like that in DA2, fine by me.
Anyway some sort of Hip-Hop music would sound wierd in a game like DA

Nothing like the crap at the end of DA. M4 pt II actually fitted with ME. Some crappy alternative rock however, does not fit with a fantasy game. Use some Power metal or something.

I really, really, *really* liked "This is War" in the credits - which is weird, because I've heard a couple of other songs from the same band and I didn't enjoy them.
I'd say another combination of epic, nostalgic theme (like "I am The One") + carefully chosen "modern" song could work well for the credits

"This is War" is a good song but it didn't quite fit with DA:O credits. It was good with the Sacred Ashes trailer though.
