I would like that. As a truly legendary weapon it would be cool if it passes hands several times between the games. It's possible that's the whole purpose of the vigilance epilogue. It would be like the artifacts in Elder Scrolls games, which never stay with one hero for long and conveniently always come to the hands of the new hero.

I wouldn't be surprised. They set Nathaniel up to appear, it sounds like they did the same thing with vigilance.

seems like vigilance, nathaniel, justice, sten, and shale all could show up were bioware to choose to include them. justice would have to be in the last 5 years or so since he stayed with the wardens for a while.

I really enjoyed that, don't remember why though as it's years since I played it

I wonder if the Epilogue's canonity would prevent the sword from getting imported into Golems and later DLC / a possible second expansion.

I don't remember the precise wording of the epilogue, but could the sword have been repossessed after those other adventures?
In any case, if it is going to be imported, I hope its appearance will be fixed.
