I have noticed that my profile has not been updated in two days and my profile picture is not showing up. Anyone else have issues like this?

It seems to take more then a few days for it to update sometimes. I had a dwarf character that took 4 days to appear here.

A lot of people are having problems with this. I currently have a lvl 15 character and it still says its lvl 9 and that it updated today.

u gotta keep n mind ths is a beta site as it says up top, 2 constantly update everythng everybody does n the gme, especially if ur like me constantly making new characters, may take awhile till it gets perfected, so dnt strt frowning yet

The Update is really slow, but I think manually checking your character details on the social site speed up the process.

My info wasn't updated for 2 days. But it was updated less than an hour later when I checked my character details.

Oddly a new char I just created a few hours ago is already there.

Mine says it was updated today but nothing but the achievements appears to have updated from 3 days ago. The picture of my character stopped uploading completely. The spot where you see your characters is just the background of the picture and when you click on the character there's just an empty black box where the character's picture should be.

The problem appears to be that your portrait file is corrupt and contains errors - I assume it was working correctly when you chose it?



It *should* resolve itself the next time your data gets synced. In the meantime, getting this fixed is a high priority for us, and we already have some leads on getting it resolved.

I have the same issue. It was working fine two days ago. Also why should we be concerned about a corrupt portrait? It's your site that does the upload and storing. Please address this as a bug.

My account hasn't updated since Saturday or Sunday, so there's no wash with the sync, as there is no sync anymore.  360user. eveything was working last week & most of the weekend, then poof.
Achievements are still updating correctly, though I'm sure that's a function that's outside the game , as all that info is available through other channels.

Exact opposite---my portrait became corrupted WHEN the data uploaded/synched.  Short version:
As my profile hadn't updated itself in days (despite frequent playing and saving) I figured it was pointless to keep my 360 plugged in and online.   So for as long as my 360 was offline, my portrait worked.  It was days and days behind (still showed Level 1 equipment, despite listing much more advanced stuff), but the portrait worked.

Then I plugged my 360 back in.  Instantly my portrait went away.  Stats didn't update either.  But the achievements did, so it sent SOME data to the server---but it did more harm than good.   Now, it SAYS the stats updated: "Last updated 2009-11-10 04:13:28" at that time--but they did not.   Previously, it listed Nov 8.   (not  that that update did anything either, it still shows my stats as of the 5th or 6th).    So while it is saying/showing that there were stat updates----they don't.

My profiles have never updated. Already played the game through once and second playthrough is maybe 8 hours in. Still the site tells me I have no characters. On Xbox 360.

It says that it has been updated today, yet... I think not. The Achievements are displayed correctly however.

mine only updates to level 2 and not beyond that. One toon does not even have a picture but both are stuck at level 2....

There is definately a problem here.



I have all my toon portraits and even my achievements are updating, but none of my character info is. Both my Dalish Elf rogue and Dwarf Commoner Rogue are past level 7 and nothing has changed on my profile...they are still showing as level 1 and unplayed!!!

Mine hasnt updated since the 5th. I play a different character now but it never updated so I deleted my old character and now it just saying that I have 0 characters.

Same issue here. Playing on Xbox 360.



Portrait and character display as a broken image and my character info hasn't been updated since sometime around Friday or Saturday, even though my Statistics last update time keeps getting updated.

My statistics last update time has updated again to todays date, but my character and portrait still display the broken image. Character still isn't updated to reflect any new progress.



Should I try deleting my character off the social site and letting it re-sync?

yeah I have had this problem for a while. I have had so much trouble connecting to the DAO servers when launching the game that I have no idea the last time the character profile data synchronized - you are given no feedback on whether profiles were uploaded successfully or no.



My profile remains unchanged since 11/06



The FAQs suggest that this has something to do with synchronizing accounts between ea, bioware, and here

Well, I deleted my character from the site and switched back to a different profile picture, so I no longer have a broken image as a portrait.



I guess we'll see what happens in a day or so when I re-sync.

Also having this problem. I've beaten the game and the last update on my profile was from when my guy was level 6 (my guy is level 20 or so now). I've also started several other characters not on there at all.

Same thing with me. My guy shows as level 6, He's 11 now. No updates since the Mabari War Dog joined my party.
