My house was flooded a few months ago here in Tennessee and I lost my games...and the boxes and all that.

My serial key was registered to my screen-name here on the forum right? I need to download a copy of the game and the bonus items and adventure packs that I bought...how do I do this?

I bought the BOX edition of the product, not the digital download. I did not get a chance to beat the game and I really do not want to have to buy it AGAIN.

Is there a way for me to get this information and is there a download link so I can download the entire game again?

Like I said, I lost the disks in the flood.

Thanks

Still have DA installed on your computer?

Just click on the DA icon, and click on Configure. Click down to "Game"  and it should have the key information there.

Why would I lie about it? I bought the damn games, my character on here shows that I registered this and Mass Effect 2. I just want to play the games again without having to pay for them AGAIN.

I have 1 disk of Dragon Age but it is warped from water damage. I guess I need to take a picture of it and upload it so people like you, that automatically assume that everything is a scam, can see it.

I have had enough of the attitudes and clowns. I lost everything, even my car and my wife's car. I just want to play my damn games.

So, there is no way to recover my cd key? Damn I guess I will have to buy the game AGAIN. Can I at least link my account with a new cd key and keep all my achievements and goodies that I downloaded?

Instead of bumping this topic unnecessarily, you could try to get in contact with EA Support. Official Dragon Age support is here, and if your answer is not there then you will have to contact EA Support.

Yeah, best thing to do is what OnlyShallow89 said. Tell EAsupport what happen to you...I'm sure they would help you out.

And by the way... as you can see there can be rude people on forums...let me say I'm sorry about what happen to you... it must be really hard losing all that. Good luck with everything.

Thanks, it has been very hard. I lost everything. 6 feet of water in your house will do that

Ignore the fool EEmotion - not sure what the problem is with that tool. I'm sorry for your loss.

You need to use the publisher's support site mentioned above. Bioware is the developer and won't be able to help you in this regard because it is not a technical issue with the game.

I see that you have DA:O registered though, so you should be able to get someone from the support team to retrieve your key and maybe get you a replacement disk.

I will do that. I have emailed them before with no response..but as you said, it was Bioware not the publisher. Thanks
