Female Dalish elf. I would have liked this most in Origins where I'd play as a male human noble.
I just like this idea that my character would meet a Dalish who really hates humans, more so their "human lords" (nobles) but never actually had any long term contact with a human, noble or otherwise. She only knew that her people were living as nomads, unwanted and even hated in some places, by humans, when, in fact they were the ones to blame for everything bad that happened to the elves.
And in the end, after everything they'd been through, after seeing how truly noble or kind a human can be she'd change her mind. Of course this would only work if you'd play a "light side" character. If you like playing "dark side" I'd be disappointed if she didn't try to him. -> EDIT OMG, I'm forgetting words, sorry whomever read this part, I meant to say "if she didn't try to kill him"...

Male elven mage - sarcastic and witty. You know, like Sand from NWN2

Race and class are completely irrelevant to my preferences. Well, except that I loathe dwarves.

Voted other. None of my possible ideals are on that list. The complete lack of archdemons, broodmothers, and qunari was highly disappointing, not to mention the limited gender options.

Human/Elven female who is not plagued by:
1) Angst
2) Stupid Evil (Morrigan)
3) Cry-virus (Father, Brother, Ex-lover,Ex-husband, Son (!), nug, past life, crime and times, abuse etc)
Basically Wynne inhabiting Morrigan's body. Perfect.

Tie between Female elven mage and female dwarf rogue.
My two favorite wardens are these combos, and I like both characters.

Morrigan wasn't half bad, but more for fun than anything.
Annah the Tiefling girl from 'Planescape:Torment' would be more like it though.
So in other words, a cute ****.

Garrus. Though I'd have gone for Nathaniel if he'd been an option in Awakening.
Just no more shiny knight-types, overgrown man-children or widowers with wayward sons, please.

I don't see male qunari there, so I'm inclined not to vote...buuuuuut...I will.

class doesn't really have any bearing on it for me. Out of the characters we've seen so far I thought Alistair, Anders and Nathaniel were the most attractive, and that pretty much covers the spread of classes. It's all about personality and appearance. In DAO I vastly preferred the look of the human models over the other races. In other games I tend to like elves. So, we'll have to see what things look like after the redesign.

A same-sex relationship with a masculine Garrus-Alistair hybrid type. No Zevrans.
