As far as i can understand you will gain 1 point with ranged and pierced weapons from every point you skill in dexterity, yes? Does that mean when you have 30 dexterity, you will do extra 30 damage? So let say i have a bow with 7 damage, and added with my dexterity i will have 37? Or is it more complex than that?

I appreciate any help and tip
