I believe the default time setting is 4 real life minutes equals 1 game hour.

I know that but i was asking how much 10 min is. 1 min in game is 1 min real time but i don't know about 10 min.

Well, some math was required on your part here, but...
Considering that 4 RL mins = 1 G hour, that means 1 RL min = 15 G mins. If 10 mins is 1/6 (one-sixth) of an hour, you need to figure out what is 1/6 of 4 RL minutes. For easier math, convert mins to seconds. 4 mins = 240 secs. 240 divided by 6 = 40 so 10 game mins = 40 RL seconds.

Are you talking about spell effects? If that is the case then a spell with duration 10 min/lvl will last 10 minutes of real time per level.

It's a cloudy issue, because spell effects take realtime only into account, because all spell effects are calculated as if they are in combat mode. Combat mode is real time = same game time value.
In other words, during combat a game time second is a realt time second. Even so, when not in combat, spell effects are calculated in real time = game time [b]as if]/b] it was a combat encounter.
All other times not in combat, a real time 4 minutes (though I thought it was shorter, I believe _Knightmare_ is correct) equals a game time hour. Therefore a real time minute as stated, is a game time 15 minutes *(except as regards calculating game time spell effects, which don't follow that rule -- for spell effects, it's real time, because it's calculated with combat encounter timing irrespective of whether or not you're in combat. Or so all my testing seems to confirm.)

So a spell with a duration of 10 min / lvl lasts longer than a spell with a duration of 1 hr / lvl if module time setting is set to default?

I'm not sure of that, though, as I said, I think all the spells use the combat timer, which is real time. So 10m/Lvl vs 1h/Lvl should be, in the example of say, a 5th level caster, 50m and 5h respectively, regardless of the situation. Again, I cannot be complete sure of this without more detailed testing. What I have done so far, though, seems to bear this out.
And to actully answer your original question: 10m realtime at default setting (w/out combat) = 2.5 hours game time. 10m game time (w/out combat) = 40s real time. That is provided _Knigtmare_ is correct and I have no reason to think otherwise.
