Hi,

I couldn't find this problem anywhere else in the forums, so hopefully someone can help me with this:

I'd like to buy DLC for Mass Effect 2, but when I click on "Buy" I'm just being redirected to http://masseffect.bioware.com/ and nothing happens.

I am logged in, when I bought DLC for Dragon Age (although you can do this from within the game there) it worked fine and I've 800 Bioware points, so what am I doing wrong here?

Help would be very appreciated.

I don't have it for the PC but i have seen alot of threads about this. Apparently this is a common problem that bioware hasn't fixed yet.

I'm having the same problem.

First I couldn't add points, but I eventually managed to buy them from EA's store (a real PITA for me because since I live in Japan it insists on sending me to their Japanese language site).

Now I have confirmation of purchase for more than enough Bioware points, but I can't buy any of the DLC...even though I intend to buy all of it, if I were only able to do so.

Good news! For some reason, all the DLC purchasing is now working perfectly for me!+
