When I started DA:O I created few different trial characters for some testing reasons.
All of my characters were sent to my online profile of course.
I erased all of my trial chars both in game and online but they keep on coming back to my online profile anytime the profile updates.

How can I get rid of them permanently in my online profle?
They do not exist in my game anymore and I've got only one character ...

Our developers are looking into this, but so long as you deleted them via the "manage characters" link on your DA player profile page, they should not come back.



Are you, in fact, deleting them using that link?

The problem was a backend API at EA was changed without warning and our code no longer works. We will get a fix as soon as possible, but unless you have maxed out your space for DA data, this shouldn't affect your use of any part of the site.
