I'm wondering if part of the problem is that you unlocked acheivements on these characters that keep coming back, because I am havin the same issue.

Yep. I haven't been able to delete any characters or screenshots at all for a while. I just get the same message as stated above.

well i have the same problem, delete some chars but they coming back and the news chars never update.

I can't even get the Manage Characters or Manage Screenshots page to load. It just keeps telling me it's temporarily unavailable, but "temporary" has turned into several days. I was hoping to at least manage the screenshots bvc I have several friends interested in seeing what the game looks like before they buy it, and I can't let them see my shots. Very aggravating. Plus my player name is wrong...It's a previous player that I don't use anymore and I can't figure out how to change it. I understand the site is still in beta, but I can't edit ANYTHING, whereas others seem to have this option.

Ditto here. The Manage Characters section has been out of commission for, what, a week? I've got four characters in there that I built in the Character Creator but deleted locally, then deleted online, but the came back. Now I can't try to delete them at all.

The relevant part of the post is that he said the Manage Characters function will be back up by the end of this week (it's Fri 20th Nov as of this writing). I guess the week isn't completely over yet...

UPDATE: The problem with DELETING Characters has been fixed. It is now working and I just deleted the ones I no longer wanted, so ervyone, go to it!!

I kinda have the opposite problem.
I deleted my three main charakters out of my profile (via the manage characters button), cause they have not been updated for more than 5 days. I thought by deleting them from my online profile I'd force the update once my profile realized there were no characters listed... I honestly don't know what the hell I was thinking.

End of story, I now do not have any character listed in my online profile, but a hell of a lot achievements

Is there a way to fix that? - uploading my characters again. or does it just need time?


EDIT: Apparently I'm not the only one with this problem. I was just browsing through a couple of profiles and found some with no characters listed, but a hand full of achievements.

It seems that after deleting the characters from the "Manage Characters" list, they are indeed being automatically uploaded again. Now two of my three characters are back on the list and they are up-to-date. One character still missing though



I read in another thread that changing equipment or leveling up forces an update. So that's what I did. changed some gear around and almost everything is as it should be.
