She and Jack had a fight and I told Miranda to shut her mouth. Now she's short and snappy towards me, she only tells me to go and play with Jack.

Will she be like this forever now?

Not that I really care since she's pretty crappy on the battlefield but I guess there is some kind of other use for her?

If I miss another side quest with her I can live with that btw.

High enough Paragon or Renegade can get her to come around again though I think it kills any chance of romance.

Miranda is hands down the best squadmate in the game in terms of battlefield effectiveness.

I use Miranda quite allot in combat, get someone to area lift, and then she does AOE Warp. BOOM BABY ! Chunks everywhere !

I took Miranda with me on just about every mission in the game. Part of that was because she was one of the very first squadmates, but that doesn't make her kick any less ass. In fact, she kicks rather a lot of ass - my Shep is a vanguard, and I find her skills compliment mine just about perfectly.

I bet he is not playing on hard thats why he thinks miranda is worthless. On easy all squads are worthless because u can do it all ur self lol

EVEN on hard it sometimes feels like you got to do it yourself

Miranda is hands down the most useful squad member, since her powers are optomized against everything. Overload works great against shields and can blow up flame throwers and crates. Warp works on everything else, including biotics, armor, flesh, and especially floating things just waiting to be detonated. Her passive power boosts squad damage and health, the only NPC to do so, and finally you even have an extra point left over for a third active power that can halt weakened enemies in a pinch. The only other NPCs who come close to versatility are Garrus, who needs three active powers to be optomized against everything, and Zaeed, whose passive upgrade lets him plain outshoot enemies even if his anti-armor power is rather hit or miss.
