It's a good start but his skin could be more oily, greasier even. His eyes more bloodshot and lifeless, and his lips discoloured and mishapen. In fact unsettling deformities all around!

Hey he sorta did I wondered why he looks familar when I stuck the beard on him! Maybe his father isn't King Maric but just a blacksmith all a clever power play by Arl Eamon to get control of the throne if Cailain didn't work out so well.
