Personally, my favourite Characters are Garrus and Thane, those are the guys I completed the Suicide Mission with, they are just awesome soldiers

My least favourites are Zaeed (Even though he is British) and Kasumi. Probably because I can't interact with them on the Normandy and I can't get to know them and their backgrounds. I know nothing about Kasumi to be honest

Because he's the Kaidan of ME2.

He's an ok character, but just ok. Nothing really stands out about him. He can also be a little standoffish in some of his dialogue with Shepard, so it doesn't exactly make him too likable.
