My favorite: Probably Garrus. He's awesome, funny and can score a perfect headshot with no collateral damage (Remember ME1 in Dr. Michel's clinic?). 
Least Favorite: Has to be Kasumi. She's just so bland, and her loyalty mission is definitely not one of the best. Jacob may have been boring too, but he was a nice enough guy, and he had a cool loyalty mission.

My favourite in ME2...now this will surprise many but...Jacob...he is my Shep's drinking buddy..wingman...and i can go on forever...like is loyalty mission too...

Least favourite..Morinth...but aside from her...well...Thane...those memories make him kinda creepy even if it's an interesting concept...

          erm..how exactly is Samra the Liara T'soni of ME2 ? Liara is Indiana Jones turned in The Punisher in 2 years..

I want to say what Samara is the only Asary on the commando as were Liara in Mass effect 1 because my team favorite to Mass effect 1 is Liara/Tali

I think it's kinda funny how completely polarized Tali and Miranda. Both seem to either be totally loved, or a totally hated.



As much as I dislike Miranda, I'd say that the polarizing is evidence that Bioware has created two amazing characters with Tali and Miri. Hopefully this will mean they'll both come back in ME3, so we can all quit b*tchin about who's better.

Hmm...

Favorite: Garrus, closely followed by Mordin or Legion.

Least Favorite: Don't /really/ have one, but I'd have to go with Thane. The mere fact that he was made to please the female players is just... meh. Other than that, though, everyone has certain things about them I like.

I'm not sure i could rank exactly 1-13, but...



Favorite: Garrus - no question. loyal, capable, and always leads my 2nd team in the suicide mission



Other faves:

*Miranda - rocks. i thought i hated her until i spent more time with her. still hate her taste in clothes, but a very subtle character

*Tali - a good friend. for some reason, I feel less like my shep can rely on her, which is why she isn't tied with Garrus for first. but i do like her a lot

*Kasumi - very funny, very clever, and most trustworthy of the new folks, imo. says a lot about cerberus when i trust a thief more than most of them



Very much like:

*Samara - middle aged woman warrior monk. that's frickin' awesome. so is reave

* Mordin - funny and clever; conflicted about his past, though.



No strong feelings either way:

* Thane: don't trust his past, open-minded about where he's going

* Jacob: don't fully trust the guy. just something about him makes me think he is too much a follower to stand up to people doing the wrong thing (unlike garrus)



Do not trust:

* Jack - unstable

* Grunt - ditto

* Zaheed - self-absorbed ****

* Leigon - we have not achieved consensus



My true favorite characters are the ME1 crowd. I miss Wrex, Kaidan, Liara, and the late Chief Williams.
