Characters are complicated for me.
Favorite Characters:
Oh god... there are too many to chose from.
Female Character would have to be either Tali or Kasumi.
Male would have to be Garrus, Legion (him or her?) or Zaeed.
Least favorite Characters:
I disliked Jack and Morinth's characters the most.
But that does not mean that I think these characters are bad. In fact, I hold jack up as one of the best characters because she is so well written and her character fit's so well. That character just so happens to hit all my 'rage' buttons.

Favorite would have to be Tali and Thane fo sho. Miranda is weird and ugly and Jacob is WHITE...

I can't help myself, I like them all equally... maybe Mordin is a little bit my favorite. 
Jacob deserves more love! I think he is mostly judged by his bad romance lines. But I gave him a chance with my new FemShep, tried diffrent dialogue options and he really surprised me.
I give least favorite a try.... maybe It's Grunt, but he is only a few weeks old, there is a lot of potential in his development and he lives in the Shadow of Wrex.
