Hi, I want to make my own PW 24/7 but i can't afford a dedicated machine, is there any way to do that "dedication" (from the computer) online for less than USD$ 18 per month?
How do I make 24/7 PW with a non-dedicated machine?

You would have to have a computer and internet connection so you can host it yourself. That's the only way to do it on that budget.

for NWN2. after hosting the server on your own network. you might want to consult with the vault (nwvault.com) or find some free website hosting (000webhost.com) to host your files so players can download them. (if using your own module)
