Carth from KOTOR, both had emotional issues, both them  were shy and secretive, both of them were the first companion, both of them were the only Male LI and both of them have the same VA

The only difference is that Carth is older. Kaiden sucks and I could tell you why but you probably don't want to listen


*facepalm* no Kaidan does not suck, he has more personality and was more intresting then Jacob. So no, new characters are not the best, we have 15 characters that are good and well-done, no point for more.

           wow...except Samara and Jacob...the list is totally wrong...Wrex wipes the floor with Zaeed the wannabe copy of Canderous...and Grunt...urgh...Grunt is a baby...
           i love the other ME2 chars but they are not better then the ME1 chars in anyway...


I love Wrex, but 1 minute he speaks abount wanting to kill things and the other discussing Krogan politics. Grunt is just a psyco and for that he is cooler. And does canderous have a British accent?

Kaiden and Jacob are both incredibly boring. But Jacob has some funny dialogue and is genuinly better to maleshep that Kaiden. Kaiden just cries about his life and acts like Carth. But wheras Carth was still likeable and he had a genuine excuse to be a bit of a dick, Kaiden just seems like his whole personality is defined by his life threatening headaches

Garrus and Tali. They only had two conversations, three if you romancet hem and where brought back just for fan demand.

        i don't know..given the fact that he thinks Wrex is not good cause he dosen't shoot everything that moves..i am starting to think..showing emotions is just as bad

So you are proposing that them not being in the squad at all would be better?  That's all I can get from that argument.  You seem to imply it's a bad idea to use the formula I outlined above because it might result in lack of depth in their development.  Are you saying it is better they disappear altogether?  Or do you have some plan that is better than both?

He does not whine, he talks about his childhood and it was hard, if you don't think he had a hard childhoosd and just want explosions then go talk to Zaeed, wait I forgot, you can't because he has no dialog and is borining!
