Maybe there's a difference between the default settings of both OS that would explain the failues I experimented. Still, I'd be happy for a new version of the toolset since building with my laptop, even though it is good, ùmight become a bit tedious.

After this run the "cmd"
"C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft SQL Server\\90\\Tools\\Binn\\"sqlcmd -S .\\BWDATOOLSET -E -Q "RESTORE DATABASE bw_dragonage_content FROM DISK = 'C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\tools\\dbbak\\bw_dragonage_content.bak' WITH MOVE 'bw_dragonage_content' TO 'C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\tools\\toolssql\\Data\\bw_dragonage_content.mdf', MOVE 'bw_dragonage_content_Log' TO 'C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\tools\\toolssql\\Data\\
bw_dragonage_content.ldf'"
This is it.
These Two things I did startet the Toolset without problems. The key is the First point
I finally got it to work .
My problem was my that I´m running a German version of vista and the path is Programme and not Program Files.
I changed the 1st Program Files but didn´t change the others 3 paths; make sure if your path is different from Program Files you change all 4 of the paths.

Try going to the SQL Server Configuration Manager and change it to Local Service
