Ok so I read a few days ago that Flemeth is in the line up for Dragon Age 2 and I've been wondering since, WTF is she going to be doing in this storyline??? I'm making this expecting only ideas as I only have Ideas about what she could be doing in it myself but still post them if you like.

We don't know. We saw the screen shot of her being in Dragon Age 2 but that's all it was. A simple screen shot. No more or less. We know virtually nothing at all about whats her plans in Dragon Age 2.

Well, sofar we know she'll hold a similar role as in DAO : save the PC's behind early in his career and put him on the track of his epic journey. Anything beyond that is open to speculation.

The dragon on the cover is Flemeth so I think her role will be bigger than in DAO.
I don't think she'll be a partymember, I think she'll show up at various points in the game and give vague clues about what the PC should do next.

from what weve heard and deduced she turns up as... playerable character and his/her sister are about to be overwhelemd incinerates loads of darkspawns and tells pc and sis to get out of dodge.

Even if you kill her Morrigan says she doubts Flemeth is truly dead, only slowed down. It has been confirmed that she's in DA2.

What you killed was Flemeth's mortal body. Her spirit probably moved on into another form. Morrigan mentions something along the lines of "for now" when the PC comes back to her after killing Flemeth to tell Morrigan that its over.

Yeah I guessed it would all be speculations on here as everywhere I've looked Bioware has made no official announcements, just thought it would be good to see what everyone thinks and then when we find out what role she will be playing just to see if anyone was close to what she could be doing in Dragon Age 2

She is in Dragon age 2, which then makes me think that we will see Morrigan in DA2 aswell since BioWare stated that they are not done with Morrigans story but then that could just be an DLC or expansion.

Right..Flemith is in DA2 for the following reason.While you were out there slaying monsters in Awakenings...Morrigan came back to find the mirror and YOU.
With me so far ?
Right..while you are both occupied ..Flemith who isn't dead slips in and whisks the kid off to a new part of the kingdom and protects him from any mindscan .She quietly influences his decisions in the game until he is champion of kirkwall. Then right at the end Morrigan who has left you stranded somewhere in ferelden appears having found Hawke.But Flemith smelling victory and with utter satisfaction smites Hawke and steals his Essence.
This opens up into DA3 were Morrigan comes and get's you and now you are back playing the Warden and you team up with your old mates and go hunt Flemith for the final battle.
She isn't Flemith after all...shes not a biological entity she is a GOD one of the elementals..she is the earth Spirit...Gazaneth w/e
I suggest the devs quickly delete this post, fly me over to US for a studio tour and buy my silence.

I guarantee whatever Flemeth does in DA2 it will be the amplitude of awesome, and for some reason she seems to be working with the Dalish.. which piques my interest...
