Is it possible to edit talent names and descriptions? If so, how?
I know there's a "namestrref" and "descstrref" column in the ABI_Base.xls file, but I can't find them referenced anywhere else. Is it something I have to do in the toolset?

Those ID's are referenced in core.tlk. The values can be found by using the String Editor of the toolset. When you open it, just type in the ID, press enter, and you'll get the values.
As for changing it... Hmmm... I don't have the toolset in front of me, but perhaps you could modify the current values of core.tlk right through the String Editor. Although I personally wouldn't do that, as I don't like to mess with any of the core resources if I don't have to.
Another way would be to define a new .tlk file, and then create new ID - value pairs in it. Then, edit ABI_Base.xls, and add the new ID's.
Just some thoughts anyway to get you started.
