Hello,
I recently redeemed my Stone Prisoner - code. It shows up in the " Your registered Promotions" - section of my account. How do I download it? It doesn't show up in in game mod lists or " download in progress " bars or anywhere else.
Also, can I patch the game via the uhh, account launcher thing somehow?
How do I download and install Stone Prisoner?

Be sure to be logged in the game with the same account you use to redeem your code.
Concerning update, if you are using a retail version you can download patch 1.04 from your Social BioWare account (in the top menu, select Games > Dragon Age Origins > Games Patches). If you are using a Steam version, this patch will be automatically applied to your game from the Steam interface when you connected to your Steam account.

Cheers!
....Looks like this is going to be a long night:l
I don't suppose there is a legal way to do something as absurdly old fashioned, inpractical and clumsy as simply downloading and installing the damn thing manually?

Tell me about it. As per usual, DRM displays it's ridiculously F"#¤%"¤%G ironic side here. Had I just illegaly downloaded the game I'd prolly be done with patching and updating it by now.
P.S Nice post+profile pic combo there:p

Finally everything seems to work as it should! Reinstalling did the trick for me. Not only did it start downloading as it should but also, " Available content" is now displaying pile of products that weren't there earlier...
..Which got me curious:p How much stuff should I have in "available content" window? I'm counting 7 products, does that sound about right?

It depends on the version you have purchased. If you post a list of your available content, maybe I (or someone else) will be able to tell you if it is correct.

I have the physical copy. Most ordinary one money can buy.
My in-game "Available content" tab shows:
Festday Gifts
Festday Pranks
Festday Combopack
Leliana's Song
Darkspawn Chronicles
Return to Ostagar
Warden's Keep

This list is correct. They are other premium DLCs (like Blood Dragon Armor) but they cannot be purchased separately and are only included in specific offers.
For a list of all DLCs that can be currently purchased, select Games > Dragon Age Origins > Official DLC in your Social BioWare profile home page (top menu).

Go to the main DLC FAQ. Read the section om manual installation.
