Hi.. I sound pretty angry back there huh? Well anyways I can start with a little introduction first. 
I'm a guy who is from Norway, but studies medicine in Hungary. When ME2 came out, which was in around march/april, the only way for me to get a copy of the collector's edition was to go to ebay and buy the PAL version of the game. I bought an Australian version I think, which would still work on my 360.. I sent the game to Norway because that's where my 360 was (and it will stay there until I finish medicine, 4 more years.. ''') and I planned on playing it in summer when I came back from examperiod. After a successful 2nd year, I just wanted to play videogames when I got bak home.

But when I opened up the ME2, which was totally sealed in plastic, neat and nifty before I carefully "dissected" the content of the box ( ) I realized that Disk 1 was not to befound!! Now I know it sounds weird and stupid especially because I haven't opened the game until today (summer practice and such), but how should I solve this?
I tried contacting xbox.com, and I tried sending an e-mail to EA since bioware's website directed me over there.. But I was unsuccessful in attempting to write an e-mail to EA.. I guess it might be my browser's fault but how should I solve this you think?
I'm desperate to play this game, and open up all the collector's edition contents.. And I'm such a huge fan of ME as well.. I hope Bioware will be able to send me that missing disk or another copy of it

That's a hard one.... You got it from eBay? It was sealed, right?

Im going to go out on a limb here and say that you got F'd, eBay is known for such scams, and shrink wrapping something is really easy, they sell those at stores.



im afraid you are going to have to get the regular version now.
