I play on XBOX 360; I read that your character's appearance can be imported to your Bioware Accomplishments section, but mine never shows anything except my achievements.
What do I need to do to make it show this? Is it glitched? Is there a fix for it?

Sometimes it takes awhile (a few hours) until your picture shows up on here. If that isn't the case, make sure that the option to import your game information is checked as on in your options menu in the game. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you. Hope this helps though.

Sometimes it helps to clear out any profiles that don't have pictures. That's only if you have enough in there to worry about. Go to my games, DA, manage characters above the pic. and delete. It will reload when you save any existing char. in game so no harm done. There are still problems getting the pics to update to current armour as you level up..
There was an issue with all the background colours except black not loading correctly. Not sure if that's been fixed. This will often clear up the 'cannot access online profile' error message as well,

Do you always play online? I've found that it tends to only upload characters that you play as while signed in. If you're wanting to upload a specific character then connect to live, load that character's save, and play for a while.

I always play online - but I do have a different background color for my character, maybe I can try clearing the picture like Recon101 suggests. It's too late to change the background on an existing character right?

Thanks for the tip, I'll definitely have to try this as I too was having difficulty with some character images not loading (while others loaded without any issues).

When I go to manage characters, it says characters "0" any idea what's going on? It has updated all of my achievements though

Just one or two questions about the uploading system used for the bioware social site:
The FAQ for the Dragon Age site says that updating is based on importance of player, determined by how many page views they get. Is this still the case or was it ever informally changed? This rule on the FAQ seemed really unfair to me because I've logged many hours in each playthrough, acquiring much different equipment throughout and yet I'm held back because I don't have 100+ views on my profile? I don't know, seems bogus to me.
Another question: I had done what Recon suggested and deleted out all my characters on the Dragon Age site, and reloaded all my characters and saves and basically saved over those saves while not doing anything (A lot of saves were at Post-Coronation so I couldn't do anything). I tried looking at the site again, and only my current character, who I played as last night, re-uploaded so far. Can someone tell me if I did something wrong, or do I just need to wait for everything to update?

Nevermind. My characters uploaded now. I have one more question now, though, given my first character had some upload problems:
Is there any way to fix or at least determine why some characters don't upload successfully (i.e. with headshot and bodyshot)? My first character uploaded successfully when I first played as him but after completing the game a long time ago, when I reload and save over his save, neither his headshot or bodyshot loaded...

It almost seems random which characters show up and when, I have none of the characters made in the last month showing up, but I have characters that I deleted months ago still on there. There has been problems with this issue since day one though, hopefully it will be fixed eventually, not a big deal, but it does get annoying.

Delete old characters or ones that don't show the pic to see if new ones will show up. I had to do that to get mine to appear.

Two of my characters are still importing wrong, but the rest are all finished. I'm guessing I need to import 2 at a time to the website because so far I tried mass imports to the social site. Hopefully this works.

I'm a little new to this... can someone tell me HOW to import your characters from 360 to here?
EDIT: Nevermind. I was having serious issues with my main EA account, but it's all sorted now. :-)
