I finished this quest...with the paragon route...it says I have delivered the packages..and he has offered his thanks...but it still shows up like it hasnt been completed? wtf

You can talk to one of Aria's goons and tell him that Ish is gathering information on Aria's organization.
It nets you Paragon / Renegade points and removes Ish's mission from your active queue but you don't get any exp or creds.
