Man, bugs like Conrad's quest may have viable explanations for not being fixed (having to patch Mass Effect first, bugged import etc.), but this... I don't know. They rushed it? They're too lazy to patch it back, or simply don't want to, patches being free compared to DLC? Seriously, the dialogue is there. And they must have made
at least preliminary testing cutscenes, as voice actors usually come last in the project.

I don't want the rumor mill to crazy but do you think a Dialogue DLC pack could be in our future? I mean, we have the LofSB DLC coming out soon which was originally discovered through unused audio files. Maybe BioWare will decide to expand our games with a new Dialogue DLC.
Let's hope not, because that would be an utter insult to everyone who bought a legal copy. Patch, though... I'd like.
