I am having exactly the same issue. I have registered all ok as far as I can tell, the content is showing on my profile as being there, but nothing on my download page in game.

I have sent an email through the support system to see if anything is wrong, got an email back saying I would get a reply in 24 hours...... think its been a little longer than that now and still nothing.

Any idea's ppl ?

Cheers.

Guys I had the same issue, and a simple refresh did the trick!

Sadly it didn't fix for me.

I've seen that if I still have the problem I should contact the Technical support via chat, but couldn't find it. Would someone be that noble to guide me to it with a link?

In some cases you will need to ensure that the daupdater.svc or whatever it's called to be running in the background, as it's the service in your "service.msc" list that actually retrieves the information.

I had to manually add this and manually start the service. I haven't the time at the current moment to find the link and write it out so you can understand the whole of it real easy, but maybe someone else can help this fellow out?

All these workarounds such as user permissions and what not, are to ensure that the servicesvc can access the information.
