Hi!

We've gotten a few emails from people who have had trouble connecting to servers when playing Dragon Age: Journeys. Most people shouldn't have a problem, but if you're at work (ahem!) or have a restrictive firewall, you'll need to open port 843, and ports 10130-10145 in order to talk to EA servers. If you can't connect, you'll still be able to play -- you just won't be able to use the save slots or activate any of the Dragon Age: Origins unlocks.

As far as I know, this is one of the first browser games ever to unlock items in a retail game -- so there might be a bit of growing pains, our apologies! Hope you're enjoying it, as it was a lot of hard work and we're pleased to finally be able to unleash it to the world.
