I try accessing the Dragon Age "Deal of the Week" add-on thing and I get the error "Status Code: 807b0194."

I was interested in seeing the lowered prices...

I got that error with something else - it is possibly because your account was created in a different region from where it is used now. I now live in ireland but originally my account was set up as UK. MS's solution was create a new gamertag and lose my achievements as they cannot change the region.

Had problems with a few things. If you've paid, get in touch with MS support but be prepared for a long wait to get the points back. took about 2 months for me to get it resolved. even got a 4am call when I was away on business...
