i was thinking that the social site will be the nwvault for DA.

so, where can i search for example for area prefabs, level layouts, items ....

In general, that would go under the "Projects" section, or possibly in the DA toolset wiki (depending on what sort of content it is).   Does that answer your question?

That has been the plan all along, but without actual projects being created, the projects all have wild guesses for what the limits should be.  

So, pick a project category, and suggest some reasonable limits (and a list of reasonable filetypes).  We'll get the numbers updated based on builder feedback!
