Hey all

I recently bought Dragon age origins and I gave in the blood dragon armor code and shale code.
Now my problem is that I can't seem to download these DLC but I can download the blood dragon armor for mass effect. The DLC show up in my promotions list and I can download all the mass effect 2 DLC just not the 2 from dragon age. The site doesn't even give me a link to download.

Does anybody know what could be the problem here?

Dragon Age DLCs download will be performed in-game. Once you have registered your game and redeemed your promo code(s) on your social.bioware.com account, start the game. Log in with the same account you used to register and redeem the code(s). Check that the button located in the lower left corner of DA:O main menu shows "Logged In" then click Downloadable Content. Once your Points Balance has been updated, your DLCs download will start. You can follow these download progress from Download Progress tab. Be patient, this can take some times.

I logged in and tried to refresh but there is still no DLC showing kept the game running for almost 2 hours and still nothing when I update my dowload list.

Are you sure that you have connected with the same account you used to redeem your code(s)?

Yes I only have 1 account so I only use that one for codes and such.

On my promotion page I see a list of 7 mass effect DLC that I can download without problem but the 2 DA DLC I have don't have a download link just a ---.

I can only suggest you look at this thread to try to solve your issue with the DLCs.

Problem solved. I had to run the downloader via the windows administrator and then it worked.

i know this is verry late and off topic but i don't know were to turn to, if try'd everything.
i bought the ultimate edition on steam, made my account, but when i start the game there is no dlc to be seen, the list of downloadble dlc is empty! what is wrong with my game/dlc?

What about the stickies in the forum that are right in front of you when you see the thread list. For example, "Read first" is a rather Ronseal™ topic. Also, there are threads specifically to help with dlc.

Since you've "tried everything", perhaps you'd care to tell us what happened when you tried the suggestions mentioned in those threads.

There is no official EA support here, just other users occasionally giving up their spare time to try and help. Help others to help you.

That said, at a guess I'd say you have not successfully redeemed your dlc code (which is seperate from the CD-key you registered with).  Or you have not checked the other options, e.g. the already installed DLCs (Ultimate Edition doesn't need to download much) or your contents page (on this website).  I could type on and on, making lots of guesses and wasting my time.  But because you didn't "read first" or check other stickies....

I have the same problem than Radjaz had, except I even tried to run the game in administrator mode but it didn't work. I still don't see any downloadable content in the game, even if I redeemed both Prisoner shale and the blood dragon armour.
