There is, but it involves stuff that's WAY too complicated for me to bother with.  I have 0 technical skill.

yes, I am now using the dalish mage mod. I really like it.  

If you use it, also use the non circle origin mod too, it patches a few dialogs in the game.

And on topic, anyone using the chastity belt on Zevran? I laughed a lot, Zevran did no like it though (gift and pranks DLC).

I am using that mod too. there are still a couple instances, but mostly it's working just fine.



I never got the prank and gift dlc. I'm sure it really is funny though.

@ ejoslin - my message popup is misbehaving and I can't send original messages (I can only reply), so I'm putting this on the thread. I installed the new ZRS beta (yipee!!), and it works, but I lost all the pre-kiss dialogue. I was using your random kiss mod and I uninstalled it when I put ZRS and upgraded to the new ZDF-dialogue fix. Did I do something wrong (probably), or is it like that? I'm asking you as it seems to be your mod that is affected.

Ok, I'll try that. I thought I had them all out, but I may have missed one. Will keep you posted. I thought I was fairly techsavvy - until I started this. Very left side of the learning curve am I!!
edit - nope, that wasn't it. It was Alistair's dialogue that was missing, so I restored the alistair_main.dlg/dlb I had removed, but that didn't do it. I'm also running IRS Alistair, so had installed the compatibility patch.

Hmmm, let me ask you what you mean then.  Are you talking about the comments your companions make if you kiss Zevran while out and about?  If so, that actually is Dialog Tweaks.  There's not much you can do about that -- Dialog tweaks adds companion comments about the kiss and makes a few other changes aside from that but I don't believe IRS uses Dialog Tweaks changes.

If its' something different that is going wrong, if you could give me details as to what is missing, between us we can probably figure it out.  I don't think it's ZDF that is causing the issue, however.  I dont' mind figuring out what IS the issue, however, becuase I'm sure you're not the only person who is going to ask me!

That's what's missing. The companion dialogue before the PDA (out and about) kisses. I uninstalled DTweaks as I thought I needed to uninstall it to run ZRS properly. If the mods ignore each other, I'll put it back in.

Catspaw ~ With DTweaks, the Zevran_main files must be taken out. There is no longer any party banter between the companions before the kisses.

They dont' ignore each other.  You will not get the comments with IRS.  You want IRS changes instead of DT changes.  You can only have one.  

This is why I have so many versions of ZDF -- compatibility between mods is always an issue.

Someone asked a question over in the Alistair thread, wanting to know if Alistair was the deepest character in the game. And I thought y'all might like to know that my first thought was, "no -- that would probably be Zevran." What I said... in the interest of diplomacy was....

I think all the characters you can romance are pretty much equally deep, but that comes after a year of playing and exploring the layers of each of them. For example, I just finished my first full-fledged Zevran Romance run, and was absolutely floored by the depth of his character once you get past the lecherousness. He risks everything to stay by his Warden's side (and will do this for a good friend, too, not just a LI) and while he is full of witty one-liners to the end, you can see how much he cares for his fiance.

And here's my last pic for awhile, I promise! Just found this gate kiss while I was cleaning out my screen shots and had to share.

Beautiful pic Tigress!! As a newcomer to Zevran and his loyal naughtiness, I tend to agree with Tig. On each game, I find a new depth to each character in different ways. Some as lovers, some as friends. I think each character brings something different to each player and each warden. I have a love for each in their own ways - still coming to terms with Wynne, though. She still drives me nuts. I am really coming to love Zevran as we progress - his loyalty and deep felt emotion (even if he doesn't seem to know what it is or what to do with it yet) is truly endearing. Little scamp has been invading my RL dreams recently, too. And what lovely dreams they are!!!

verly sweet pictures Tig. I have a new one of Alistair and Honor(my human noble) that is very sweet. Vey is in Orzammar and I never play that in one sitting it is just so LONG. lol, I have so many characters (and I keep making more...it's an addiction I'm afraid)

@Creature - Be gentle. LOL  We take a lot of Alistair abuse over in the Gush thread, but that doesn't mean we like it. I was just trying to point out that my views of Zevran have taken a 180 degree turn since first meeting him a year ago.

@Verly - Thank you. And I know what you mean... I am terrible at starting games and not finishing them. I've gotten better over the last few months, but I do start losing interest in the game about the time I get done with Orzammar.

@Corker - I think she's in shock. I can see her thinking, "Really? She's really going to do that right here? Right now? How absurd! Doesn't she know she's got an Archdemon to kill?"
