@Bite, pffft, I love both those drawings. Vampire Zev is perfect! As is the gender swap picture. I think my favourite is anguished Sten... a pity we can't get a close up of him/her.

I'm not going to be around a scanner for a good few hours, so it might still have to be a non-entry from me. Still, fingers crossed- I might sneak it in.

Aw, thanks! Heh, I was a little sad that Sten was so far off as well...but, it had to be done.
I'm just disappointed in the drawing because in a different sketch I was doing I drew a way better F!Zevran. XD In fact, maybe tomorrow I'll clean it up a little bit and scan it in for fun. But for now...bedtime. (I always think to myself, "Tonight I'll get to bed before 3:30..." And then every night I find myself awake at 3:30. Argh. This would be much more acceptable if I didn't have morning classes.)

What an awesome approach to this prompt!  I loved how he felt good at being same height.
I honestly heard Zevran's scream of horror when he saw himself
in the mirror, like some old fashioned horror movie and I LOLd.
A picture of the hideous Zevran would have finished this off nicely... if I could draw I would do one for you.
Also - Way to incorporate Halloween into the post!

Haha you picked up on my alluding to A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.
I laughed at the expressions I imagined each character had during the entire scene.
This was very funny.  The contrast biting back on wanting to laugh while confronting the
liklihood of death or serious maiming I found wonderful.  I will always laugh when someone
includes Sandal as he reminds me so much of my own son - who is a comedian in his own right.  But having him put
his 2cents in, in the middle of the confusion was brilliant.
The Archdemeon at the end was priceless.

The image of Zevran as a a helpless wittle frog was enough to make me LOL but it went from there
to being amused by the image of Zevran as a frog sitting in the middle of his discarded
armour.
Add to that the humourous departure of Sten and Oghren running/tripping.
Then Alistair being sold on the idea of stabbing Morrigan through the heart with a sword made
had me tittering.
- I think in pictures and the picture was very comical.

Its Nanowrimo month so I dont know how much brain juice Ill have spare for prompts - Im going to aim for 50K words

Maker knows if I only down every word I typed all over the internet everyday I would hit that goal easily .... maybe less time on forums/blogs etc and more time writing - heh and Ill hit the mark.

@ Tryynity - I've set a goal of 2K words per day myself for November. That way I can afford to miss a couple of days here or there. The key is to absolutely write those words and not obsess about quality, &c until later. (That's my problem, avoiding re-writing as I write).

Hmmm... If only I could count the words I use carpet-bombing these forums when I am able to.... *sigh*

I wanted to participate but I gave up. I don't have time to finish 2k story in a week, so it's just not realistic.

I've only successfully done it once, and tried 3 other times (but failed). It's definitely a time investment, and if RL doesn't let you, then that's just how it is. It can be fun, though, and it certainly gives you a new perspective on writing.

My sibling is a professional novelist, and their goal is to produce 5000 editable words a day and then do editing/revisioning/&c of 10K words a day. But that *is* their RL, so they don't have to worry about (another) job or school or whatever.

I can easily write a 2k piece a day - providing life doesnt come in and stop me - working my own website has pluses and minuses as well as managing a household that includes a disabled child... in a good week I have much spare time to myself.

LOL my usual writing style is vomit the words onto the page and hand it to the BETA hahaha - Im getting better now and self correct later, in the pauses I often have in trying to communicate a story.  It helps the story to come out if I go back and fiddle with the previous stuff.

@ Klidi that is why Bloodsong set up the group effort thing - you can still be a part of it as long as you post something each week to your blog.... I think you could probably count a prompt entry as fullfilling that commitment if you chose.

@ Corker I filled my first KMeme the other night - does it automatically mark the UNfilled post as filled or do I have to notify someone?
