There was a "Mirror, Mirror" kmeme prompt posted recently for DA2-Merrill, and all I could think was that the default Dalish armor was a pretty close match for Uhura's mirrorverse outfit.

@Hilde, neither the original prompt nor the wild minifill that has appears since last I looked are my doing. I just brought the ST geekery.

I do have a few hundred words written for it, but I started with the Merrill from my own 'elvhenan' AU, where Arlathan never fell. As far as that Merrill is concerned, DA2's Merrill is from Goatee World.

I can't wait for it to be done. I'm burning out so bad on this one that I keep having to stop for days in between bouts of work. I think I paused for a week this last time. If I was keeping track of the hours of work I'd probably have to hang myself, haha.

Painted in the glyph's extra layers for kicks, though I have to hide them while working so I don't get a headache, haha. Still hammering out the "group heal" itself, and tons left to go in general. It will never end.

Though I gotta say, I am pretty proud of Tannu's throat, there. Zev should be a bit more BAMF once I shade up and then bloody up his knives. You can bet he gave better than he got before he got injured like that. XD

Yes!  Leliana's song ("Who Am I?") will probably be ready next, because like "Come and Dance with Me," the words were already done, so tklivory could start on the music immediately.  While she's been composing/playing/singing/recording, I've been writing, so there's draft lyrics for Alistair and Zevran in the pipeline.

 Thanks for the compliment on my singing, Sushifer.  And I must say that working with Corker on this project has been a pleasure and an honor.  We've even managed to recruit Tryynity to the dark side to join the Project, as well, so the ZevThread once again dominates!

I am currently working on laying the tracks for "Who Am I", and I hope to have a (nearly) finished version of that in two weeks.  (I normally would have worked on it this weekend, but we're going out of town so I won't have my recording equipment with me.  Alas.)

With a caveat of misunderstanding, this is my non-entry for this week's prompt entitled The Nights' Entertainment. I wrote it without really understanding what a crossover is/was, but after Jenovan explained it and I read the other entries, I know now I pretty well missed the mark. Next time it will be all Puss in Boots or Mal, Jayne and River, or Kael'thas or Illidan or something... Maybe Ned, Chuck, Emerson and Olive - after all, even Zevran likes pie.

yes yes yes. i am sick this week and probably going to miss my post-a-week deadline, but i HAVE finished the torchwood crossover. there's no sex in it. there's not even any harkness/zevran action in it. i know, why read it, right? just for you, i alluded to said harkness/zevran action in it, that happened in prior excerpts. yes, just to make you nuts. there really wasn't much to write on that score. not at the level i write; it was all really pretty sordid.

okay, so... i think this is a non-entry, cuz i haven't actually read the actual roolz and stuff about all this here. i'll catch up some day. i'm pretty sure the actual writing took 3 hours or less, but i didn't count the time typing it in, editing, and going onto netflix to figure out exactly what jack and iantos are talking about for the segue in. it's also more of a "bannon & zevran" entry than a "zevran" entry.

Rules are almost entirely the time limit, and it's at your discretion. AFAIK, time spent thinking about an idea doesn't count; writing and editing do; translating (or revisions/editing if English is not your first language but you wrote directly in it anyway) do not. Research... dunno, your call on scout's honor, I guess.

Most of the entries to a given prompt will be "Zevran and Warden," so no worries on that score.

And I think you're looking for Unresolved Sexual Tension, or UST.

I just looked and it has eaten my latest blog post (and every one after) from the prompt. What is that?  That is weird.

@ TK - Yes I am getting those too - I expect it is a sitewide issue.

I would say do nothing for now - it is most likely a coding/html thing that is a quick fix for a techy to do.  You could find that what you altered gets affected adversly post-fix.


Our site tech does it for our website all the time.
