Great prompt Bloodsong - I think I have something to write - I really want to do something with music but not sure how I am going to wing it yet. I want to do something new and different this week.

I will probably just write the story, because it will become all too hard   at least I can pull the writing off much better....

   Do city elves know how to ride horses?  Does an Antivan Crow?  Does Zevran?  Where would he pick up something like that?  Does Zevran have a horse-centric story just chock full of Zevranisms? (I'm almost afraid to suggest that one!)  Does he get along as well with horses as he seems to with dogs?  Does he get stepped on?  Does he do "coach-jackings"??  Does he not have a horse, just a lot of leather straps and bridles and... let's not go there! :X  (Well, I mean... unless you want to.)

Alternate:  Zevran can just be horsing around, as in messing or playing around.


Time:   3 hours,  up to 5 hours if you want to make a picture.

Deadline:   Friday, February 10, 5pm GMT (or when i get around to it)

darn, i'm at work now too (and this computer doesn't have sound anyway).  i wait in anticipation of seeing tryyn's awesome video!

if you win, you're going to wait until i have zevran's head hammered into shape.  ...come to think of it... i *can* pose him on a horse in poser.  but again... i need his head!  still working on it :/

i have another song for y'all.  but it involves spacing, and i don't see where to put code in a post (nor do i know any bbcode) to preserve it, and i fear bioware will eat it all.  and, frankly, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the theme, but it WAS 1/3 inspired by shadow's song.

Sickly sweet blue-white fire burned down her throat.  Wynne didn't approve of lyrium use, in general, but if there was ever a time and a place for it, defending Denerim from the Archdemon's horde was surely it.

She cast the bottle aside and raised her staff again, channeling the raw magic into the lines of a glyph - repulsion, something to keep the darkspawn from approaching their line of archers.  Despite Oghren's best tactics, some of the creatures did charge past their shock troops at the gates.  But, out of formation, and now held at bay with her glyph, the Ferelden missilers were taking them to pieces.

Speaking of their shock troops... it would soon be time to renew the enchantments she had laid on them for extra speed and protection in combat.  Wynne squinted through the smoke toward the gate, looking for either the dwarf's distinctive stocky form or Zevran's pale hair.  (Honestly, why wouldn't he wear a helmet?)  Moments passed, and she grew alarmed as she could find neither.

Then she saw it - the alien angles of Oghren's purloined Legionnaire armor, face-down and prone but somehow moving erratically through the lines, toward her position.  A darkspawn using his body as cover from the archers?  Or...

Oghren bumped against the edge of the repulsion glyph, stopped and tumbled to the ground - revealing Zevran, bent nearly double under his burden.  "My darling Wynne!" he shouted, waving to get her attention, then pointing at Oghren.  She pointed her staff in reply, directing healing energies out to the dwarf... and a moment later, a rejuvenation spell to the exhausted elf, who was obviously panting even as he stood guard over Oghren.

The dwarf clambered unsteadily to his feet; Wynne could not hear his grunted question, but supposed he was wondering how he came here from the front lines.  She was already working to renew the wards on both of them when she heard Zevran's laughing reply over the chaos of the battle: "Marvelous fun, indeed!"

@Corker - Nice little story - the idea of Zev hauling Oghren around though... I dont know lol

@SoLD - I finally got to listen to the music and put it to the words.... hmmmnnn

@BS - Even if I dont win - you could still do it, coz youre nice like that

PS - to make it easier if you know a way to cut a frame from the Zevs poledance routine - then seperate him from the background and transpose him onto any random black Andalusian horse prancing around freestyle (no reins - saddle - or people in the pic) that would work for me.
I think people do that kind of thing in Photoshop - I dont know how even though I have photoshop on my dead computer.

Okay if its too hard dont worry about nekkid Zev on a black stallion - maybe some other awesome artist person will be inspired

I thought that would be easier or at least as easy as posing Zev for a pinup - Id be happy with any pic to be truthful - I want a collection of Zev pics I can call my own and use anywhere I want to publish his awesomeness to the masses - I plan to infiltrate China's iron wall in 2013 - it could be dangerous - but I have contacts

Should had been clear from the beginning. The Elves in Skyrim are not very beautiful. Neither my Dark Elf Mage nor my Wood Elf Archer is something to look at.

I would like to have a ME3-Zevran.

Wood elves are by far the best of 3 choices of elves - but they still look like aliens and I hate that look. I have always thought of elves to be more beautiful than the humans (that too would be easy in Skyrim)I like it that humans are not "Hollywood" supermodels but seriously with humans you get a sliding scale of ugly to fugly.

In choosing a wife for Zevran I think the Prietess in the Diabella Temple will be to his liking - the god Diabella is the god of lust .... we know how he loves his sex goddesses hehehe


and wow Zax you have really churned em out!  Way to go!!

   there's elves in skyrim?  :X  i saw some videos of that game; it didn't do anything for me.  but my rp buddy says they're working on a multiplayer mod, so maybe i'll get into that eventually...  he's still waiting for diablo iii.  actually, he was looking at playing the assassin in that, so perhaps i will play a morriganesque sorceress.

   did you guys try the amalur demo?  they tried to do cutscenes and voiced dialogues and all like DA, but the rp in it... isn't.  i didn't really get into my character at all.  the fighting and magic stuff is cool, though.
